SKYE NILES, PhD

Assistant Professor of Environmental Science and Policy

Chapman University

I am an environmental sociologist specializing in using interdisciplinary and community engaged methods to address environmental justice concerns.

My current research includes a study on the connections between incarceration and environmental inequalities, and a mixed-method investigation into the links between housing (un)affordability and the disproportionate impacts of environmental hazards on mobile home residents.
